This is the best time ever to learn Mindfulness, and how we can use Mindfulness to help us cope with everyday life and its issues.

Mindfulness techniques help deal with physical and emotional issues, as well as building emotional resilience. Mindfulness helps you manage Stress, anxiety, and depression, and gives a framework for lasting change. Improved concentration, Rapport and communication, Improved health and well-being, Greater confidence and self-esteem, Ability to have better quality sleep. Mindfulness helps you Stop Overthinking, and helps us take control of our thinking.


Meditation is a life skill that deepens our sense of well-being and fulfilment. It involves paying attention to what is occurring in our present moment, without judgement. It engages all of our senses as we open to our entire experience, becoming aware of our bodies, our emotions, thoughts and our external environment.

Reiki 1 and 2 Attunements

Reiki is an ancient form off healing, and is a gentle energy which promotes balance and harmony in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body. Reiki is life enhancing, and once you learn Reiki, you have it for life. Reiki can be used for, dealing with all emotional issues, including stress/anxiety, depression, bereavement, physical pain, exhaustions, poor sleep, burnout, Reiki is positive and you feel like you've had 8 hours sleep.


So whether you want to learn Reiki for Self Empowerment or work professionally as a healer/therapist, or to use on family and friends, then get in touch,


This 2 day Reiki Empowerment course consists of, Reiki 1 & 2 attunements, weekend package £250 or if you only wish to book a 1-day course, Sat - Reiki 1 £150 Sun - Reiki 2 £150, each day will run from 10am to 4.00pm.


For those of you wishing to do your Masters Reiki, I have arranged that those wishing to learn Master Reiki who need to refresh their info, can come along and watch the attunements being carried out, which gives them a clear indication of how to attune someone from start to finish. Masters Level: £350.

What's included in the package is all course material, workbooks, refreshments. You will also receive a Reiki Diploma at the end of your course.


EFT, Emotional Freedom Therapy Training

EFT: EMOTIONAL FREEDOM THERAPY, LEVELS 1 & 2 COMBINED.

This may interest existing therapists,or anyone starting up a new career, its an easy to learn therapy, with fast result for your clients, helps alleviate lots of different issues. also referred to as tapping, or emotional acupuncture. This therapy is useful for Trauma, Covid worries,PTSD, phobias, procrastination,any addictive behaviours, cravings, fears, blocks and limitations, weight issues, works well for adults and children. This course includes working with children, and did you know when you treat a client with this therapy, you receive a treatment at the same time.

By tapping on various meridian points in the body, EFT, releases stuck energy or trauma we have trapped in the bodies over time. Sometimes Trauma, can manifest itself as a bad back, foot, shoulder, so you can tap on the pain as well. We look at energy healing and Meridians, how we connect with each chakra tuning into and balancing them, clearing any emotional blocks whether they are physical or mental.


You can use this new skill for yourself, your loved ones, or for helping others within a therapeutic setting, it can be used for adults and children. The 2 day course will teach you all you need to know about E.F.T. and how to set up your business.




Mindfulness Teacher Training (mbsr & mbct)


At a time where the world needs, peace, calm and kindness, Mindfulness helps us connect with that resilient part of us, for some people they don't have resilience, but this can be learned through Mindful teachings. Would you like to learn more.


This Teacher Training Mindfulness Course will qualify you to teach the 8-week Mind based stress reduction course and Mind based cognitive therapy course, this Mindfulness course is a fusion of both courses. You will also be able to offer 1 to 1 Mindfulness sessions with individual or take Mindfulness into the workplace. This is an intensive 5- day course, from 10am to 5pm, Mon – Frid. If you cannot manage 5 days in a row, we can offer weekends, this will take longer to achieve the course but may fit in with your working life. An MBSR & MBCT program normally contains:

The developing / learning of awareness – achieved through mindfulness practice.

The learning of an appropriate attitudinal framework which includes, acceptance, non-striving, and seeing with beginner’s eyes.

The cultivating of a greater understanding of the nature of vulnerability and susceptible to depressive relapse.
